Subject: help with old sun mother board?

i came into possesion of what looks to be an old sun
ax(i)? mother board and im wondering if anybody has
enough experience to help me with it. the bar code
says 501304300365. it has 2 32 bit pci slots, 2 64. it
has an ultrasparc ii mounted on a board that stands at
a 90 degree angle on one side. judging by the markings
on the chip it could be a 300. it uses a pigtail to
alow you to use both ps/2 mouse and keyboard, an has a
sun keyboard plugin on the backplane. it has a plug
that an atx powersupply fits right into. it has a
jumper marked atx on/off. i cant find anything on suns
webpage. can anybody help me to identify this thing?
maybe even get it to post? would sure be apreceated.
while im thinking of it too, if i can scrape together
some money, i might be interested in old sun parts
like this in the near future that i can build a system
out of. my ss5 is just a little too slow. thanks
