hello all,
I'm trying out postfix and still having problems sending out mail. Now I'm
getting back that "domain does not exist".

The settings are:
myhostname = sspeedy.techalaska.com
mydomain = techalaska.com
myorigin = $mydomain

All outgoing emails have user@sspeedy.techalaska.com. I tried changing
myhostname to mail.techalaska.com and restarting postfix with
/etc/rc.d/init.d/postfix stop, then /etc/rc.d/init.d/postfix start. But, the
emails still go out as user@sspeedy.techalaska.com.

For the heck of it I've also tried changing myhostname to just techalaska.com,
I don't get the "domain does not exist" response, the emails still go out as
user@sspeedy.techalaska.com, and the email never arrives at the destination.

I thought that $myorigin should have the emails going out as
user@techalaska.com. Am I doing something wrong?

Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Greg
