Date: Mon Apr 29 2002 - 16:49:41 AKDT

I will be giving a presentation on 'Linux in the Real World' to the
Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) this Wednesday
6:00 pm. I'd like to personally invite the list to accompany me and provide
moral support <g>. One of the issues I'll be addressing is the
ever-present question of 'who supports linux?' the whoyagonnacall? issue.
If these folks see there's a whole bunch of us, it'll increase their comfort
level, and reinforce the point.

This gala event is this Wednesday, May 1, 2002 at the Alaska Millenium (old
Regal Alaskan) hotel. Social starts at 6:00, dinner starts at 6:30.
Members $20.00, guests and visitors $25.00. Visitors are encouraged to join
us! RSVP to awhitehead@gci.net or John.Parlberg@veco.com

Thanks!

Lee
