Subject: Loading an sql datafile

I have a datafile that has all the sql commands to create the tables and add
the data....I can't figure out how to load that sucker into my database.
Can anyone help out?
I have been looking on the mysql site, but can't figure out if I'm doing an
import or if they call it something else.
