Subject: rsync speed

I started a download/update from a Debian rsync mirror with rsync (my
first) of an iso I have on my hd. I didn't add any options to show time
or speed. Is there a way to few the stats on this connection now ? It
seems to be taking a long time to go from Debian R3>R5.
