Subject: HELP!! Netscape 6.2

ok all .. i need your help ... first off im running RH 7.1 wit kernel
ver 2.4.9-6 . .. ok heres the deal .. i installed the new netscape
useing its install script. Well .. i did this under root like most would
so it loaded in /usr/local/netscape/ .. so thats all good .. well when
i run it under root it works great but the problem is when i run it
under any other user account it pops up with the web page but no tools
bar (ie Navigation Bar, status bar, etc.) i tried, (for troubleshootin
purposes only) chown and chgrp to my user account but still no go ..
whats the deal .. im sure it has to do with somekind of permissions .
but i do not know where these are .. can someone help .. thanx in
