I am helping someone with an FTP sight and we are having some problems.

First, when you try and use IE to browse the FTP server, it won't let you
copy the file and paste to the desktop (drag and drop doesn't work either)

Also, when someone was trying to upload a big file, the connection kept
getting dropped.

Anyone have ideas?
